Bioshock is a popular FPS franchise created by Ken Levine being the spiritual sucessor of System Shock. In Bioshock players follow the role of Jack in the 1960's era as he is the survivor of a plane crash and he finds himself in the mysterious failed utopia of Rapture. The Bioshock series continued with Bioshock 2 with it's most notable feature being online multiplayer and getting able to play as one of the series most infamous villians the Big Daddy. It was met with mixed reception. The third game was developed by Irrational Games the creators of the first one instead of 2K Marin. It was a spinoff of sorts and was set on the floating city of Columbia. This game like the first one also earned rave reviews.
